Ohio Attorney General Speaks on Missing Children As Search for Cleveland Teen Continues Featured

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost is speaking out on the number of missing children in Northeast Ohio as investigators continue to search for Cleveland teen Keshaun Williams who's been missing for almost 6 months, with his case now becoming Ohio’s longest active Amber Alert. 

As reported by 19 News Williams was last seen on June 17th after attending a house party in Cleveland’s Broadway Slavic Village neighborhood. The U.S. Marshal’s and an anonymous community member are offering a reward totalling $22,500 for information that leads to the whereabouts of the missing teen. 

Meanwhile Attorney General Yost is encouraging parents to be more aware of what’s going on with their kids, noting that social media in particular is where the danger lies saying, “It isn’t lurking in the shrubs, the danger is in the cell phone, it’s in the tablet, it’s on their computer.”

The Cleveland Police ask that anyone with information on the whereabouts of Keshaun Willimas contact them at 216-623-5400 or 911.
