Today, we head about one mile behind our radio studios to Firestone CLC and meet a couple of Falcons. Emma Moore is a junior and a star on the clay for the Firestone tennis team. She carries an 8-3 overall record and is a perfect 6-0 in the City Series. She is not only a solid player, but solid teammate and student in the classroom, with leadership qualities and infectious personality. Clay Peets is a senior captain on the Firestone cross country team, and is setting school records left and right. In September, Clay set a Firestone record by finishing a race at 16:29, beating the previous school record by 22 seconds. In the classroom, Clay maintains a 4.05 GPA.
