Missing Adult Alert Issued Out of Youngstown

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Youngstown Police Department statewide.

Information as of: September 4, 2018 at 9:24 PM

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On September 4, 2018 at 8:50 PM, Mr. Placko left his residence and failed to return.

The incident took place in Mahoning County, OH on Bancroft Avenue in the city of Youngstown 44514.

The adult's name is Phillip Placko and the individual is missing. The adult is a White male, age 72, is 5'9" tall, weighs 165 lbs, and has gray hair and blue eyes. Mr. Placko is Diabetic and has Dementia. He is need of his medications. 

The vehicle involved is a red 2017 Kia Sportage with OH plate number GGG1856. The vehicle shown is not the actual vehicle.
