1590 WAKR Student Athlete of the Week: Alex Cramer

This week, our 1590 WAKR Male Student Athlete of the Week is Alex Cramer, a senior baseball player for Stow-Munroe Falls High School.
Alex said he got into the sport in the third grade and played a variety of sports growing up.
As a team captain for the Bulldogs, he leads more by example than vocally, although he says both are necessary at different times.
As a Stow baseball player, Alex knows the expectations and tradition of being a Bulldog.
“It’s such an honor,” Cramer said. “We have very high expectations and I’m very proud to be a part of that.”
In addition to playing baseball, Alex is a member of the National Honor Society and volunteers at the Akron Food Bank.
Upon graduation in the spring, Alex plans on attending the University of Akron to study mechanical engineering.
