Justin Chesnic from ODOT joined Ray to talk about the roads during the winter storm. Roads are icy & snow covered and crews are working around the clock to salt and plow. They will continue to work throughout the weekend. 

Jim Hall, Akron Public Works Bureau Manager, joined Ray to discuss pretreating the roads, road conditions, and more. 

Lauren Siburkis, Senior Communications Representative FirstEnergy, joined Ray. Thousands are already facing power outages. She says that if you experience an outage, report it immediately as it helps pinpoint the problem. Lauren also talks about never approaching downed power lines and prioritizing hazards calls to keep everyone safe.
