That “light at the end of the tunnel” is slowly growing closer and brighter, as the COVID-19 vaccine has been distributed to major metropolises at the previously promised mid-December time frame. Hospitals and other medical facilities such as Summa Health are awaiting the vaccine supply, but are preparing for the rollout when it does arrive.

Dr. Cliff Deveny is the president and CEO of Summa Health, and he joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to talk about the rollout and distribution of this vaccine, and the time frame in which the individuals can get their shots. Summa has their staff prepared for the vaccine arrival, from storage and equipment to do so, to the healthcare workers inoculating.
