The Russian cyberattack that shut down a major gas pipeline over the weekend will likely mean pain at the pump for consumers.

AAA predicts the national average price for gasoline, which is now at $2.96 a gallon, will go even higher because of the ransomware attack on the Colonial Pipeline, which delivers approximately 45% of all fuel to the East Coast.
