President Biden announced that he will not be running for re-election and has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris.

Dr. David Beer, Professor of Political Science at Malone University, joined the Ray Horner Morning Show. They discussed President Biden’s decision to drop out, Kamala Harris’ run, and Donald Trump’s campaign.
