Either due to natural immunity, vaccines, or even the boosters, more people are comfortable gathering for the holidays. However, with the Delta variant turning matters and progress upside down, health officials contunue to urge caution.
Donna Skoda is the commissioner of the Summit County Health Department, and she joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to share her advice ahead of Thanksgiving. Skoda urges those who have yet to get vaccinated, which are individuals above five years old, to get their shots, as well as the booster for those who were jabbed in the spring. She also issues caution for families to not be too careless with this virus still out and about.
