After 610 days, Canal Park is back hosting Akron RubberDucks baseball. And though it was a rainy and increasingly chilly night in Akron, Oscar Gonzalez made it a memorable opening day with a walk-off home run over the Binghamton RumblePonies.

RubberDucks general manager Jim Pfander joined the Ray Horner Morning Show to recap last night's walk-off festivities and being at the ballpark again, and what to expect with games going forward. Pfander says the organization is following the proper agreed-upon safety protocol to have fans in the stands, which is at 47% capacity and all fans must be wearing masks unless they are actively eating or drinking.

Speaking of eating, the RubberDucks have new extreme food items on their menu, which includes the WONE Waffle Rockwurst. This is a bratwurst wrapped in a Belgian waffle, and it is topped with specialty mustard and caramelized onions.
