Federal prosecutors have charged 11 people in a multi-state drug trafficking case tied to Greater Cleveland. According to a newly unsealed indictment, investigators say the group moved fentanyl, meth, cocaine, and other illegal drugs from August 2023 through April 2024, with much of the activity centered at an apartment complex in Euclid.
Authorities allege the organization collected cash and drugs locally, then moved them to and from Michigan and Pennsylvania. The DEA and several local police departments led the investigation, with the case announced by U.S. Attorney David Toepfer and DEA Special Agent in Charge Joseph Dixon.
All 11 defendants, mostly from Cleveland, face federal conspiracy charges, along with additional counts tied to drug distribution or use of communications tools to support the operation. Each defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
