Marketing and Sales Coordinator:

107.3 The WAVE is seeking an entry-level marketing and sales coordinator to assist both the Promotions and Sales departments execute station wide initiatives including onsite events, social media coordination, marketing proposal creation, as well as day to day office tasks. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

- Coordinating and executing all elements of station events
- Weekly and monthly sales reports
- Station Social Media execution
- Organizing office systems
- Assisting Sales and Promotions managers
- Be the face of the radio station

Our ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, vast knowledge of Microsoft Office/Open Office platforms, working knowledge of all Social Media sites, some graphic design skills, and a high school degree. The right candidate must be a motivated, enthusiastic self- starter with excellent communication skills as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high stress environment. Some evening and weekend availability is required.

The right candidate must be a motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who is able to work effectively in a team environment, work independently. And be able to multi- task. The successful candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills and be detail oriented. Successful Account Managers are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing, results-focused environment.
