A nearly 30 year old non-profit agency in Akron that is dedicated to helping immigrants in Northeast Ohio, is welcoming a new CEO this month.

Harry Kamdar, who most recently was the Executive Director of the Ohio Dental Board, is moving to Akron to head Asian Services in Action, also known as ASIA, Inc.

They offer a wide variety of social, legal, and health services for what has become a growing segement of our community.
