A man convicted of staging and carrying out a robbery at the Woods of Fairlawn apartment complex has been sentenced to 11 to 15 years in prison, according to Summit County Prosecutor Elliot Kolkovich.

A jury found Lesarion Marsh, 23, guilty of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and felonious assault for a crime that occurred in March 2024. Prosecutors say Marsh orchestrated the attack by luring an acquaintance to the apartment complex, where the victim was robbed at gunpoint.

Investigators determined Marsh arranged the setup, including having the victim brought to the location. The victim identified Marsh as the person responsible, leading to his arrest and conviction. Prosecutors say an additional suspect may face charges if identified.

Kolkovich said Marsh “masterminded” the crime and praised prosecutors for holding him accountable.
