Looking for a fun way to work during baseball season? The Akron RubberDucks are hiring.
The team will host two job fairs in February to fill a wide range of positions for the 2026 season at 7 17 Credit Union Park. The fairs take place Feb. 17 and Feb. 19, both from 5:30 to 7 p.m., inside the J.W. Didado Electric Suite Level.
Tuesday’s job fair focuses on all gameday staff positions, while Thursday’s event is dedicated to concessions jobs. Open roles range from ushers, ticket takers, and Fun Zone attendants to cooks, cashiers, in-seat vendors, and warehouse associates.
Applicants just need to bring a resume and can apply on-site, no pre-registration or scheduled interview required. Entry is through the RubberDucks’ administrative office doors facing Main Street.
Team officials say the jobs are a great fit for students home from college or anyone looking to earn extra income in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
