Akron Police are asking for tips to help them find the two carjackers who held up a Lyft driver at gunpoint early Sunday morning, and stole his car.

They say the driver picked up two people posing as riders in the 200 block of 25th Street SW, and then they ordered him out of the car and took off with it, in the 700 block of Garth Avenue.

Here are their descriptions:

• Suspect #1 – Described as a black male, light skin, with dreads, wearing a red Adidas
jacket, and jeans.
• Suspect #2 – Described as a black male, dark skin, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants,
and blue face mask.
