Akron Public Schools Superintendent, Dr. Michael Robinson, has been put on paid leave, in response to the results of an investigation into into alleged wrongdoing his part, including bullying, harrassment, and creating a hostile work environment.

In the interim; the Akron Board of Education appointed longtime APS administrator, Mary Outley, to fill in as Superintendent. 

Now that some of the details have been made public; Ray sat down with the School District’s former Communications Director, Mark Williamson, for an insider’s view on what was really happening behind the scenes, that led up to the investigation.
