This week’s athletes are from Coventry High School.
Aunna Coteat is a senior at Coventry High School. She is a varsity player in the sports track, soccer, and basketball. Basketball being her main sport, she was able to lead her team in scoring and rebounding. She was recognized for Honorable mention in the Metro Athletic Conference and All- Northeast Ohio Inland District for basketball this season. She is very involved in her school as she serves as Senior Class President, National Honor Society Vice President, Key Club Treasurer, and a member of her school Yearbook staff. After high school Aunna plans on attending The University of Akron and majoring in respiratory therapy!
Kaden Orndorff is a junior at Coventry High School. He has been a wrestler since the age of 12. Kaden is a 3-year varsity letterman. He wrestles in the 106 lb. weight class. During this past season, Kaden went 32-8 and placed 8th in OHSAA Division II State tournament. He also was the 2025 Blazer Invitational Champion, Metro Athletic Conference Champion along with the MAC honors of 1st team and a MAC Scholar Athlete. He is already working towards his senior season with the goal of leading his teammates to a MAC championship and winning states.
