Two more Juneteenth celebrations are on tap this weekend in downtown Akron.

Friday evenng, June 21, from 6:00-8:00 PM, there will be an adult “Mix & Mingle” at the Civic Theater’s Knight Stage. Click here to find out how to purchase tickets.

Then, on Saturday, June 22, there will be a free event on Cascade Plaza, from 3:00-7:00PM. 

Some of Saturday’s highlights include a Vendor Fair Showcase, with music by DJ 8-Bit and Emcee Floco Torres. Plus, Line Dancing from 4:30 – 5:30 pm with JustUs Line Dance Crew.

Both events are sponsored by the Downtown Akron Partnership.
