Jessica Wharton Added to the Student Athlete of the Week index on 9/16/2009 9:35:53 AM School: Copley High School Class: Senior Sport(s): Tennis GPA: 3.3 Jessica began playing tennis at a young age as her father would take her to play as a youth and she has taken those tools to an outstanding high school career in the sport. Jessica has been the on the Copley tennis team for 4 years and has been the number one tennis player on the team for the four years. In 2008 she was 21-3 and has just one loss in 2009. Jessica has taken her skills to others as she is now a tennis instructor herself. She is active in her faith as she is a YouthLife member and active in the Northside Christian Church. Jessica plans on taking her tennis skills to college. |
