Elvis Still Has It!

Here is a great letter from one of WAKR's wonderful listeners. I just had to share it with you.

Good Morning Chuck,

Oh my goodness, what an amazing show last night. The Elvis re creators did such a great job. I am 43 yrs old and when I was little my mom was going to see Elvis live. To this day I remember begging and crying for her to take me. I was so mad because my cousin was aloud to go. She was an older teenager though, I had to be really young because it was the last concert Elvis performed at the coliseum, and I was only around 9 when he passed away in 1977. I think it was 1975? I would have been like 7? lol

So for me, last night was my night to see Elvis finally! lol And I got to see a young and old Elvis.

My mom passed away in 1998 but she was there with me and my sister Barb last night rockin and rolling. (Sorry to the older couple in front of me hehehe) Thank you mom for instilling the legend of Elvis Presley in my soul.
And thank you Chuck for an amazing night.
